Welcome to gite Mimosa (3 key Clévacances), this is our first gite from a series of 3, completely rennovated accommodation gite. Mimosa is a shrub with small yellow flower (ball shaped) giving a strong attrative scent. This accommodation holiday home is located in the inner courtyard of the Mas du Gentilhomme and looking south. We offer 120m2 of space for 2 to 7 persones directly overlooking the country vineyards and Cevennes hills.

Gite Mimosa includes a large terrace, dining room with open kitchen (American style), living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, bathroom. The dining room is equipped with a fireplace, TV, table, benches, baby chair.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture in teak, a barbecue, and a stairs gate to prevent accidents with children or to keep your pet inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a baby chair and much more. The living room has a desk, a large fireplace and a lounge sofa.

The rooms are fully equipped; room 1 has a 140cm bed and a bathroom en suite, room 2 has a bed of 140cm, a 120cm bed and a baby bed, room 3 has 2 beds of 90cm. Each room is equipped with a storage space; sheets are available upon request. The washing machine is located upstairs.

A swimming pool / Jacuzzi (to share with other tenants and the landlord), farm animals (donkey, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks…), petanque ground, table tennis, located on 20 hectares surrounding the Mas. all-terrain-bikes available for trips. Private parking. fishing gear, bicycles, horse and horse riding equipment. Fishermen will love the Vidourle located at 300m from your accommodation nd hikers can easily find numerous tracks from the Mas. ALL PETS ARE WELCOMED.
